Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Therilly, provided by FM Vision AB. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

1. Service

Therilly is software that controls and optimizes your heat pump based on spot prices, weather, and home characteristics. Provided as is — actual savings depend on your contract, home, weather, and usage.

2. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not use the service for unlawful purposes or in a way that disrupts operation.

3. Fees

Fees per our public price list. Cancel anytime. No refunds for past periods.

4. Liability

Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months. No liability for indirect damages.

5. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or in-product at least 30 days in advance.

6. Governing law

Swedish law. Disputes settled by Swedish courts.
